At Ledo India, we strive to provide the best drone training experience to all our students. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before enrolling.
All course fees once paid are non-refundable after 48 hours of successful registration, unless otherwise stated.
If a cancellation is requested within 48 hours of enrollment and before the course has begun or access has been granted, a refund will be processed after deducting applicable transaction or processing charges.
No refunds will be granted to individuals who fail to attend the course or discontinue after the start date.
In case of emergencies, we may allow students to shift to another upcoming batch. This is subject to availability and at the discretion of Ledo India management.
All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@ledo.solutions with your full name, course enrolled, transaction ID, and reason for the request.
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be credited using the original mode of payment.
